Curtis is Business Development Manager for Youngblood Properties, focusing on the use and development of commercial property along US 25 south of Fletcher. Curtis has been with this company for 3 years. Formally Curtis was president of Youngblood Truck Lines which had been headquartered in the Fletcher area for over 70 years. The facilities we occupied are the facilities we are currently managing as commercial property. Curtis has been a lifelong resident of the Fletcher area.

Susan is a marketing consultant at Clean Streak Inc. She is an Asheville native and now resides in Mills River. Susan graduated from A.C. Reynolds High School, and attended Cecil’s Business College. Susan owned and operated Trend Setters formal wear and limousine in Asheville and Fletcher for twenty years. Susan also directed the Miss N.C. United States pageant. She trained in marketing and sales with the Tampa Tribune before working with Clean Streak. Clean Streak Inc. is a commercial janitorial company. Susan works as an eco-consultant and green certified trainer to employees and other business owners.

Deborah is the Banking Center Manager for Asheville Savings Bank in the Fletcher market with a primary focus on Business Development and Business Lending. She has enjoyed 11 years in banking while serving both Henderson and Buncombe counties. Deborah grew up in Hendersonville and after her schooling, decided to come back home to raise her family. Deborah lives in Mills River with her husband Jeremy and their two daughters, Anna Grace and Millie. Deborah currently serves on the Finance Committee for Children First Communities in Schools of Buncombe County. She is also very involved in the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Clark was born and raised in Haywood County. He is retired from the U.S. Army with 20 years of service and served for 18 years as a Drill Instructor and N.C. Military Academy Instructor . Steve brings 25 years of experience in banking and financial services experience to his current position as Manager of the Fletcher Branch of United Federal Credit Union. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from UNC-Asheville.
Steve and his wife, Dena, have two children: Mason (16) and Miranda (13). Steve’s interests include playing golf, watching the Tar Heels of UNC play basketball and being his children’s biggest fan.

Mission Hospital
Kristi Sink, MHA, FACHE, is Mission Hospital’s Vice President of Ambulatory and Ancillary Services. Sink serves as the leader for the development and operations of clinical services such as radiology as well as a variety of ambulatory service initiatives.
Sink joined Mission from Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System in Hampton Roads, Virginia, where she served as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services for two of the hospitals in the system, as well as multiple system-wide roles in ambulatory development, imaging, and oncology services. Prior to joining the three-hospital based Hampton Roads Health System, she served the six-hospital Sentara Health System in Norfolk, VA, where her responsibilities included the management of outpatient services and primary care physician services.
Kristi holds a Masters of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kenyon College.
She and her husband, Frank, live in Arden and have two boys. The family is active with the Boy Scouts and with local youth sports.

RelyLocal Hendersonville / Market Advantage Local
Judy McKnight is the owner of RelyLocal Hendersonville, a local search engine and social marketing strategy for businesses in Henderson County, Polk County and the Hickory Nut Gorge area. In 2010, following a 4-year stint with a small advertising agency, Judy decided to focus on supporting the local business community and economy. She and her husband Michael also run an upscale catering company. Judy & MIchael live with their two young sons, two dogs and Chester the cat in a historic home in Fletcher built in 1857 (which they are currently restoring). In addition to FABA, Judy is an Ambassador with the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce and serves on committees of the Historic Seventh Avenue District Association and the Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra.

William M. Merwitzer (Bill) and his wife, Eydie, are the owners of the a PostNet franchise in South Asheville, located at 1831 Hendersonville Road in Skyland across from Gerber Village. PostNet is Bill's third career. Career number one was in retailing and merchandising including five years as owner of The WearHouse, a successful clothing store he founded in Orange County, California. Career number two was as a financial consultant with offices in Miami, Pittsburgh and Hendersonville. The Hendersonville office, his most recent location, was closed the day before Thanksgiving (2009) after 35 years as a financial professional. Bill and Eydie have five children and eleven grandchildren. Bill and Eydie live in Edneyville on Merriweather Farms, their small horse farm with their two horses. Bill is active in The Rotary Club of Hendersonville where he serves on three committees.

Chris, a native of Haywood County now lives in Fletcher. Chris the Branch Manager for Mountain Credit Union's Fletcher Branch. He has been employed with Mountain Credit Union since 2002 and has been the Branch Manager in Fletcher since 2005. His wife, Leigh Ann, works for Mission Hospital in Asheville. They have two daughters, Rebekah and Eden.

Town of Fletcher
Mark has served as Town Manager for the Town of Fletcher since January of 2006. As Town Manager, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of the various services that the Town provides for its residents. Prior to coming to Fletcher Mark served as the County Manager in Gates County, North Carolina. Mark has served on the FABA Board for over a year now and is very excited about the opportunities that are available for businesses to grow in the Fletcher community.
